Our goal is to make every parent thrilled with their kid’s anthem. AI doesn’t always nail it on the first try, so we build recovery options into every purchase before refunds even come up. Here’s how we handle it.
What we always refund
We will issue a full refund within 2 business days for any of the following:
- Generation failed and produced no usable output. If our system tries and cannot deliver three audio takes, you get your money back.
- A regeneration we ran for you failed. Your purchase includes a free lyric do-over, and we can grant additional regenerations from support. If one of those fails to produce usable output, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
- Duplicate charges. If you were billed more than once for the same anthem due to a checkout error.
- Unauthorized charges. If your card was used without your consent. Please also file a dispute with your bank.
- You haven’t started the wizard. If you paid but never began creating the song, we’ll refund you within 7 days of purchase.
What we don’t typically refund
Once a song is successfully generated and the download is available to you, the work is delivered. Like most digital products, completed anthems are non-refundable. That said, see “before you ask for a refund” below — we have better options for almost every situation.
Specifically, we don’t refund for:
- “I don’t love how it sounds.” AI-generated music is interpretive — please use the free do-over and contact us for additional regenerations before requesting a refund.
- Songs that were successfully delivered and downloaded.
- Songs that expired from our servers (the 7-day download window plus 3-day grace period has fully ended) because the file wasn’t saved to your own device. Email us before grace ends and we can usually still restore them.
- Cosmetic preferences about the album cover. We can regenerate covers — just ask.
Promo codes and zero-dollar orders
Refunds are limited to amounts you actually paid. If a promotion, gift, or admin-granted credit reduced your purchase price to $0, there is nothing to refund — but the recovery options below (free do-over, additional regenerations) still apply, and we will do our best to make sure you walk away with a song you love.
Team bundles
Team bundles are sold as a single purchase of multiple single-use codes. A full refund (or a chargeback) cancels the whole bundle and deactivates every code in it — including codes you’ve already handed out but that haven’t been redeemed yet. Codes that have already been redeemed into a finished anthem are treated like any other delivered anthem (see above). If you need only a partial adjustment, email us before requesting a refund and we’ll work it out.
Before you ask for a refund
Most issues can be solved without refunding. Try these in order:
- Use the free lyric do-over. Built into every purchase — if the first three lyric drafts don’t hit, click “Regenerate” on the lyrics step before approving the audio.
- Email us for additional regenerations. We can manually grant extra audio or cover generations for free if your first round didn’t land. Most parents who reach out walk away with a song they love.
- Tell us specifically what’s wrong. “The chorus felt flat” or “Wrong genre vibe” or “Pronounced the name wrong” gives us something to adjust. We’ll re-prompt the model with your feedback.
How to request a refund
- Send us a message from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your redemption code (the “RA-XXXXXXXX” shown on your purchase page) or the email receipt from Stripe.
- Briefly tell us what happened so we can either fix it or process the refund.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to return the funds to your bank or card. We don’t control the bank’s posting time on their end.
Chargebacks
Please email us first before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks cost us a fee, take much longer than a direct refund, and we will contest a chargeback we never had a chance to resolve. We may decline to provide further service to accounts that initiate chargebacks without first contacting support.
Service-level expectations
Outside the situations above, we don’t guarantee a specific creative outcome. AI generation is non-deterministic and is part of what makes each anthem unique. The trade-off for personalization is that the same prompt won’t produce the same song twice.
