← HomeTeam Earnings Terms
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Team Earnings Terms (the “Program Terms”) govern participation in the Rookie Anthems Team Earnings program (the “Program”), in which a coach, club, league, or other organizer (“you” or “Organizer”) shares a unique link so that purchases of Rookie Anthems products earn funds for a team. They are an addendum to, and incorporate, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a Program-specific point, these Program Terms control for that point.
1. Eligibility & enrollment
- You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for, and accept funds on behalf of, the team or organization you name.
- You must provide accurate enrollment information and keep it current.
- One Program per team unless we agree otherwise. We may decline, approve, or remove any Program at our sole discretion.
- The Program is offered in the United States and pays in U.S. dollars.
2. Approval & your Program page
New Programs are reviewed before they go live. Approval is at our sole discretion and may be withheld or revoked for any lawful reason, including misleading information, offensive content, or suspected misuse. We may edit or remove a Program page, link, or display name at any time.
3. How earnings work
- Your Program earns the per-order amount shown in your dashboard (the “Rate”) for each completed, paid, and non-refunded qualifying purchase made through your link.
- Only real, live purchases qualify. Test orders, $0/zero-dollar or fully discounted orders, and orders later refunded, charged back, canceled, or found to be fraudulent do not earn, and any earnings already credited for them are reversed.
- We determine qualifying purchases and amounts owed in good faith using our records, which are final absent manifest error.
- We may change the Rate or what qualifies prospectively on notice (see Section 11).
4. Payouts
- We pay out earned, non-reversed amounts on a periodic basis (typically monthly) using the payout method on file (e.g., a team fund, peer-to-peer transfer, or store credit). We may set a minimum payout threshold.
- You are solely responsible for how funds are received, distributed, and used by the team or organization. We are not responsible for the use or misuse of funds after payout.
- Earnings that we cannot pay out because of inaccurate or missing payout details, or that remain unclaimed for an extended period, may be forfeited as permitted by law.
- We may withhold or delay a payout while we investigate a suspected refund, chargeback, fraud, or violation of these Program Terms.
- If amounts already paid to you are later reversed (for example, an order refunded or charged back after payout), you authorize us to offset them against future payouts or to require repayment.
5. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes on amounts you receive. We may require a completed Form W-9 (or equivalent) before paying, and may report payments to tax authorities (for example, a Form 1099) where required. We do not provide tax advice.
6. The buyer discount
Purchases made through your link may give the buyer a discount shown on your page. The discount applies per qualifying order, may not be combinable with other offers, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. It does not apply to team bundles or other excluded products unless we state otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- purchase through your own link, or arrange purchases primarily to generate earnings rather than genuine orders (“self-dealing”);
- place or solicit fake, fraudulent, or unauthorized orders;
- spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, or share your link in a deceptive or non-permission-based way;
- bid on or register Rookie Anthems trademarks or confusingly similar terms in paid search or domains;
- misrepresent your relationship with Rookie Anthems, or imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership beyond participation in the Program.
Violations may result in withheld or forfeited earnings, removal from the Program, and other remedies available to us.
8. Your team name, logo, and content
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the team name, logo, and any tagline or image you provide for the purpose of operating your Program page. You represent that you have the right to provide them and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights. We may decline or remove any submitted content.
9. Relationship of the parties
You participate as an independent party. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship, and you have no authority to bind Rookie Anthems or to make representations on our behalf.
10. No guarantee; disclaimers
We do not guarantee any level of traffic, orders, or earnings. The Program and all related tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time.
11. Changes to the Program
We may change these Program Terms, the Rate, the buyer discount, or how the Program works. We will post material changes here and, where practical, notify you. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.
12. Limitation of liability & indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Program is limited to the unpaid earnings actually owed to you at the time the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your participation, your use of your link, your content, or your breach of these Program Terms.
13. Suspension & termination
Either of us may end your participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Program Terms. On termination, your link stops earning; we will pay out any earned, non-reversed, non-forfeited amounts in the ordinary course. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 3, 5, 7–15) survive termination.
14. Privacy & participant data
Your dashboard shows aggregate Program statistics. You will not receive, and may not attempt to obtain or misuse, the personal information of people who purchase through your link. You must comply with applicable privacy laws in how you promote your Program. See our Privacy Policy.
15. Program representations
You are responsible for how you describe your Program and for any registration, disclosure, or other obligations that apply to your team or organization (including charitable-solicitation rules where they apply). Rookie Anthems is a commercial seller, not a charity, and participation in the Program is not a charitable donation to Rookie Anthems. If you describe contributions as charitable or tax-deductible, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of that statement and for any charitable-solicitation registration or disclosure your jurisdiction requires. We may require proof of your organization’s tax-exempt status and may remove Programs that make unsupported claims.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Program Terms are governed by, and disputes are resolved under, the governing-law, arbitration, and dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference.
